You came to the right place!​

I started my professional career as a customer support rep, working my way up into customer support leadership roles. These experiences naturally evolved into an interest in better understanding customers with an eye towards improvement. This led me to seek certification from the Customer Experience Professional Association in 2017.

As a dedicated CX professional, with a background in customer support, I blend reactive and proactive strategies for a holistic approach to improve CX. I excel at coaching and leading customer support teams as well as developing CX strategies based on the CXPA's best practices. 

 

My passion is to help people  - customers and co-workers alike - which drives me to exceed expectations and make a positive impact for the teams and companies I serve and support.
